How am I losing Replay points at Sam Goody?

Here's the first page of my recent history at MediaPlay stores:

The areas bolded are when I've used reward certificates.
They don't have a location of purchase, by the way.
These areas also state MINUS X-amount-of-points...

I'm confused... what does this mean?

They deduct the points from your account when they cut you the cupon to send out to you.

Those denote the times when your balance was over a 10,000 increment and they went through a cycle to cut the cupons and send to you
Looking at that you have received a $5, another $5 and then a $15 certificate since 9/4 (in reverse order)
